Difficulties with videos can be numerous. First, a little background. Since we have somewhat limited disk space with our hosting service, we cannot produce large videos nor can we create all the various formats you see abounding the net, Windows media(WMV), Apples QuickTime(MOV), etc. We have selected a single format (MPEG). While this format is well know, not all players support this format. Below are a few payers that do handle MPEG format well.
Microsoft Windows Media Player (v.9 or greater)
Apple's QuickTime you will also need the QT MPEG Plug-in (it costs)
Real Network's RealPlayer
